To book rooms for the conference call 0161 832 1188 option 3. This takes you direct to the hotel. Quote booking ref: GU1. Until 10th September 2010 GUCH PA members can book at the specially reduced rate of £50.00 per room including breakfast (max 2 persons). The full cost of each room is £105.00 per night but you will only be required to pay £50.00 plus any extras you bill to your room.
If the hotel switchboard is busy you may be automatically transferred to Central Reservations. They do not have the details of the special rate so either ask them to transfer you back to the hotel, or try calling again later.
Alternatively, Manchester has a range of accommodation to suit everyone’s needs and you can contact Manchester Tourist Information for further details on 0871 222 8223.
Unfortunately we have had to postpone the Birmingham Coffee and Cake morning planned for 11th September 2010. This is due to low interest.

Christmas Hours for GUCH PA
Please note that GUCH PA head office will be closed from December 24th, re- opening on Monday January 4th 2010. This also includes the Telephone Helpline service.
Below are some useful contact numbers for various organizations should you feel you need help or support over the Christmas period.

Our friendly, trained telephone advisors are available to take calls on a range of GUCH related issues and sign post to other relevant organizations.
We do have an answer phone which is on 24/7, 365 days a week. Unfortunately due to the sheer volume of calls we have it is not possible to guarantee that we can get back to every message. Therefore it is encouraged that, if possible, you call during the above stated opening hours.
