Updated open hours for the GUCH PA Helpline!

Our friendly, trained telephone advisors are available to take calls on a range of GUCH related issues and sign post to other relevant organizations.

    • Monday: 2pm – 5pm and 7pm – 9.30pm
    • Tuesday: 6pm – 8.30pm
    • Wednesday: 10am – 12.30pm
    • Thursday 4pm – 7pm
    • Friday: 1pm – 4pm

      We do have an answer phone which is on 24/7, 365 days a week. Unfortunately due to the sheer volume of calls we have it is not possible to guarantee that we can get back to every message. Therefore it is encouraged that, if possible, you call during the above stated opening hours.
